I’m just returning from spending a weekend (and a bit) in Halifax, Nova Scotia. While there, one morning during breakfast, my hosts asked if I wanted to visit Peggy’s Cove. From what I gather, pretty much everyone stays in Halifax goes to see this small fishing village with a view of the ocean. I had not anticipated going during this trip, however, I was game for doing anything and besides, the only thing stopping me form visiting previously was not having a way to get there. It’s not like I didn’t want to go, so it was really a no brainer decision. After visiting, I understand why everyone makes a point of checking out this scenic spot just outside Halifax. Just don’t hang out on the black rocks, or you’ll probably die.
